Fountain in South Jordan

I took this picture in South Jordan, next to my office. There’s a big fountain in an open area next to The Pie Pizzeria and the South Jordan Library. The picture would look much better if there were leaves on those trees, but I guess that will be coming soon.

I’ve noticed there is a lot of growth in that area of South Jordan. How do you think it will affect the real estate in the area?

It looks to me like prices are rising a bit in that area because it’s becoming South Jordan’s ‘downtown’ and people want to center around there. I think that we might see some more townhomes or condos there in the near future – something to attract more people to all the attractions that are being built.
